New photos show man accused of sexually assaulting rollerblader in South Beach

MIAMI – Miami Beach police have released new photos of the man who allegedly sexually assaulted a woman in South Beach last Tuesday morning.

According to police, the woman was roller skating in the 2300 block of Beach Walk around 1 a.m. when a man approached her from behind, grabbed her, threw her to the ground, dragged her into the dunes and then sexually assaulted her.

Miami Beach police said there will be an increased police presence in the area as the investigation continues.

According to police, the suspect is in his twenties or thirties, about 5’8″ to 5’9″ tall and weighs about 180 pounds. He was wearing a white outfit at the time of the attack and had prominent tattoos on his arms.

Anyone who recognizes him is asked to call the police.
