Woman killed, another person injured in sword attack in San Dimas, investigators say

SAN DIMAS, Calif. (KABC) — A woman was stabbed to death in San Dimas on Thursday when someone attacked her with a sword, investigators said.

The incident was reported around 3:30 p.m. in the 300 block of South Huntington Avenue between Arrow Highway and Cienega Avenue.

Details are limited, but the sheriff’s department says the woman was found dead at the scene. In video obtained by Eyewitness News, the sword can be seen on the road next to a U-Haul truck. At least one other person was injured, but their condition is unknown.

No arrests were made.
