Robertsdale Police Respond to Domestic Incident with Shots Fired

Shortly before midnight on July 17, Robertsdale Police and Baldwin County Sheriff’s officers responded to a domestic incident on Heartland Circle in Robertsdale.

Officers were notified of a single gunshot prior to their arrival. When they arrived on scene, a second gunshot was heard from inside the home. Officers entered the home and found a person with a gunshot wound to the head. The person was alive but unresponsive.

First aid was administered and the person was flown by helicopter to the USA Medical Center in Mobile.
