A multi-vehicle accident caused a traffic jam on I-190

BUFFALO, NY – A multi-vehicle crash has caused a traffic jam on I-190.

Dave Cash of Traffic Tracker 2 says the multi-vehicle crash involved a box truck that rolled over. A 2 On Your Side viewer who saw the crash from her yard said at least one person was taken away by ambulance.

The van blocked all three lanes of I-190 S for over an hour, but emergency crews managed to reopen one lane for traffic.

Traffic is backed up on I-190S from 198 to the Skyway. Drivers are advised to take an alternate route.
