Williamsport woman jailed on charges after incident with boyfriend | News, Sports, Jobs

In the early morning hours of July 14, motorist Lily Louise Horak was stopped by city police for driving recklessly, according to an affidavit. She told the officer she was “She drove like that because she was chasing her boyfriend because he was with another woman,” the affidavit states. When the officer released her, 24-year-old Horak told him that she was going to her boyfriend’s house and that the officer “I had to arrest them later,” which he did. Police said Horak, of 813 First Avenue, allegedly went to her boyfriend’s house in the 800 block of High Street and kicked in his front door. By that time, the boyfriend had obtained a restraining order against Horak, meaning she was not allowed to have any contact with him under a judge’s order. Police came to the house, but Horak was already gone. However, she was later taken into custody and charged with burglary and trespassing, as well as two misdemeanors, loitering and criminal damage to property. Horak, who was recently arrested on all charges after a hearing before Buechle, remains incarcerated on bail.
