Houston Builders and Developers Honored at 2024 Golden Nugget Awards

Several Houston-area builders and developers won awards at the Pacific Coast Builder Conference (PCBC) Golden Nugget Awards, held last month at the Anaheim Convention Center in California.

Among the most prestigious winners in the Houston area was Highland Homes, which won the award for Best Single-Family Home, 4,000-7,500 Square Feet for The Marcello at Fields Brookside in Frisco. Meristem Communities also won a Golden Nugget Award for Best Site Plan on Panels for Indigo in Richmond.

Additionally, the NRP Group finished the evening with an award of merit, PCBC Honorable Mention, for a multi-family housing community – 20 to 30 dwelling units per acre for Corsair in Grand Prairie.
