Terrell Davis considers drastic legal action against United Airlines after incident

Former Denver Broncos Hall of Fame running back Terrell Davis was involved in a frightening incident on a United Airlines flight this past weekend. As his flight from Denver to Orange County, California, landed, FBI agents entered the plane and handcuffed Davis before escorting him off the plane.

According to Davis, the incident occurred when he tapped a flight attendant on the shoulder to ask for some ice cream for his son. The flight attendant believed Davis hit him, which led to the incident. Davis was quickly released and received apologies from the airline and the agents who handcuffed him, but his attorney, Parker Stinar, recently suggested they may take legal action against the company.

“They need to be held accountable. We would love to see a change in policy. We think that’s very important, starting with a sincere apology.” – Parker Stinar, CBS News

Based on his retelling of the story, it appears the flight attendant greatly exaggerated this incident involving Davis, which resulted in him being handcuffed. Of course, there are two sides to every story, but considering how quickly he was released and that he has already received apologies from both the employees involved and the airline, it appears Davis did nothing wrong.

As a result, Davis is considering taking legal action against the company. It was obviously a traumatic experience for him, as he was just going to enjoy a trip to Disneyland with his family. Instead, he was escorted off his plane for seemingly no good reason. You can bet he and his legal team will be weighing their options over the next few days before deciding how to proceed.

Davis is best known for his legendary NFL career with the Broncos. Although he only played four seasons, he managed to earn three Pro Bowl and All-Pro nominations, two Offensive Player of the Year honors, a 1998 MVP award, and two Super Bowl wins. If his career hadn’t been cut short by injuries, he would undoubtedly be widely considered the greatest running back of all time.

It’s unfortunate that something like this happened to Davis, but the good news is that he appears to have escaped unharmed. Now he may be out for retribution to make things right, and given what happened, no one would blame him for taking legal action. This incident certainly caught the attention of fans, and it looks like it’s not over yet, as we now wait to see what Davis will do next.
