There is a traffic gridlock throughout Westport.

The fire department reports: “A tractor-trailer became disabled and caused significant diesel pollution on I-95 southbound between exits 18 and 17 (Hillspoint and Hales Road overpasses).”

“I-95 is limited to one lane southbound in this area. Expect extended delays on I-95 and heavy traffic on local roads.”
