State police issue missing person report for Moundville teenager

State and local police are asking for help in locating a 19-year-old who has been missing in Moundville since Thursday morning.

At 10:30 a.m., the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency issued an alert for 19-year-old Devin Dynell McKinney, who lives in Moundville, Hale County.

McKinney was last seen shortly after midnight on Thursday, July 18 in the area of ​​Highway 69 in Moundville and is now considered missing and in danger.

He has black skin and hair, is about 1.80 m tall and weighs about 68 kg. Police say he is probably driving a silver-gray 2003 Toyota Camry with the AL license plate 36A0NHB.

ALEA also said the teenager may be suffering from a medical condition that could impair his judgment.
