The suspect is in custody. —–ORIGINAL STORY: An Amber Alert has been issued for a missing 2-year-old boy from Kansas. Jaxon Halley was last seen at the intersection of Meyer and Wyandotte in Kansas City, Missouri. Authorities believe he was abducted by Darryl Livingston Jr., who is armed. Halley and his mother were abducted by Halley around 1:30 p.m. Kansas City, Kansas police say the mother was released between 3 and 3:30 p.m. at Loose Park at 5200 Wornall Road. Livingston is 5’8″ tall and weighs 185 pounds. Police say he has a tattoo on the front of his neck that reads “Cutthroat.” Livingston was last seen driving a silver 2016 Kia Forte with a temporary Missouri license plate. An Amber Alert has been issued for a missing two-year-old boy from Kansas.

Jaxon Halley was last seen at the intersection of Meyer and Wyandotte in Kansas City, Missouri.

Authorities believe he was kidnapped by armed Darryl Livingston Jr.

Halley and his mother were kidnapped by Halley at around 1:30 p.m.

According to Kansas City, Kansas police, the mother was released between 3 and 3:30 p.m. at Loose Park, 5200 Wornall Road.

Livingston is 1.73 m tall and weighs 84 kg.

According to police, he has a tattoo on the front of his neck that reads “Cutthroat.”

Livingston was last seen driving a silver 2016 Kia Forte with a temporary Missouri license plate.
