Child kidnapped at gunpoint from KCMO house

KANSAS CITY, Missouri (WIBW) – Authorities said they have safely located a child abducted at gunpoint Wednesday afternoon.

The KBI issued an Amber Alert for 2-year-old Jaxon Halley, who was abducted along with his mother at gunpoint by 39-year-old Darryl Livingston after what police called a domestic incident at their home.

Shortly after 8 p.m., the agency announced that Halley had been found safe and sound. Her mother had previously fled.

Livingston is still at large. He is believed to have been driving a silver 2016 KIA Forte. License plate number: 018JA6. The car may have a temporary Missouri license plate.

Livingston was wearing a multi-colored pink, purple, and white basketball jersey and black denim shorts. He is approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighs approximately 185 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes.
