Death investigation in the 300 block of East Louisiana St. in Evansville

EVANSVILLE, Ind. – (WEHT) – Evansville Police are investigating a death in the 300 block of East Louisiana Street in Evansville.

According to dispatch, the first 911 call about the shooting came in at 8:02 p.m., and an officer at the scene said police were investigating a death.

An EPD lieutenant confirmed that a body was found at the scene, but details are not yet available as the investigation is ongoing.
