AMBER Alert, Jaxon Halley, Kansas City

KANSAS CITY, Missouri – The Kansas Bureau of Investigation has issued an AMBER Alert for a two-year-old boy last seen in Kansas City, Missouri.

According to the KBI, two-year-old Jaxon Halley and his mother were abducted from their home at gunpoint in a domestic incident around 1:30 p.m.


According to the KBI, the child and mother were driven to Missouri, where the mother escaped the suspect shortly before 3:30 p.m. However, the suspect detained Jaxon Halley and fled in an unknown direction.

The child was last seen at the intersection of Myer and Wyandotte in Kansas City, Missouri. He was wearing a gray Nike hoodie, blue jeans, and blue patches.

The suspect is said to have told the mother that he would kill her and the child. The police believe that the child is in immediate danger.

The suspect fled in an unknown direction in Kansas City, Missouri. He was identified by the KBI as Darryl Livingston Jr., 39, who was last seen wearing a multi-colored pink, purple and white basketball jersey and black denim shorts.

Livingston is 1.73 m tall and weighs 84 kg.

The suspect vehicle is described as a silver 2016 Kia Forte with license plate 018JA6. According to KBI, the vehicle may have a temporary Missouri license plate.

Police are asking anyone with information to call 911 immediately.
