Two youths stabbed following fight in downtown Buffalo

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Two young men were hospitalized Wednesday afternoon after being stabbed in downtown Buffalo, police officials said.

The incident happened around 12:30 p.m. near Main and Mohawk streets, where the two men were stabbed in connection with a fight involving other individuals, police said.

The victims were taken to Oishei Children’s Hospital, where one is in critical but stable condition and the other was treated for apparently non-life-threatening injuries.

A knife was found shortly afterwards. One person is being questioned in connection with the incident, police said.
