Sexual assault in Ottawa: Man charged with alleged assault of teenager

Ottawa police have filed charges against a 25-year-old man for allegedly assaulting a late-teenage girl while driving her home.

Police charged Samer Al-Askhali of Ottawa with sexual assault and false imprisonment.

According to police, the alleged incident occurred last weekend.

Al-Askhali is due to appear in court today.

Investigators believe there may be more victims and more incidents.
