50 Cent claims Irv Gotti is broke and the sexual assault lawsuit will ruin him financially

50 Cent has reignited his long-running feud with Irv Gotti, trolling him after reports emerged that he was facing sexual assault charges.

On Tuesday (July 16), the G-Unit mogul shared his reaction on Instagram to the news that Gotti is facing a lawsuit from a woman who claims he sexually assaulted and abused her during their relationship, which lasted from 2020 to 2022.

Oh no,” 50 Cent wrote in the caption. “In a lawsuit filed July 11 in Miami-Dade, a (woman) accuses Gotti, 54, (born Irving Domingo Lorenzo) of sexually assaulting and abusing her on multiple occasions between 2020 and 2022 in Saint Martin, Miami and Atlanta. The lawsuit calls for a jury trial.”

According to Fiddy, the lawsuit will ruin Gotti financially since he is broke. “(The legal fees will bust his ass, he has no money),” he added. “That’s all, folks.”

In a follow-up post, Fiddy teased a Murder Inc. docuseries. He posted a planned poster and wrote, “People want the truth and I’m telling you the truth.”

Jane Doe’s accuser sued Irv Gotti in Florida on July 11, accusing him of sexual assault, battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress. In court documents, Doe claims she went on vacation with Gotti after meeting him in 2020.

Once there, “Gotti forced the plaintiff to have sex with him,” her attorney wrote. “Gotti specifically threatened the plaintiff that he would send her home if she did not comply with his demands. Accordingly, and because of his power and influence in the music world, she complied with his demands.”

After the trip, they began a relationship, and Doe claims she was “constantly abused by Gotti.” She makes numerous allegations of abuse and “unwanted sexual acts,” including a 2022 incident in which “Gotti forced her to perform oral sex on him in an elevator.”

Doe claims she “suffered severe emotional and psychological harm” at Gotti’s hands. She also claims she suffered lasting damage and was previously “committed to a psychiatric hospital.”
