Houston Chamber Orchestra Joins Symphony.live

Symphony.live has announced the addition of ROCO – Houston Chamber Orchestra.

The orchestra will join Symphony.live’s mission to unite the world’s orchestras.

ROCO is a dynamic and innovative professional chamber orchestra, comprised of 1 to 40 musicians from the United States and Canada, and welcomes guest conductors from around the world.

Throughout its history, the orchestra has premiered more than 130 new works and is one of the most prolific commissioning organizations in the United States.

ROCO was founded in 2005 at the Church of St. John the Divine by oboist and Juilliard graduate Alecia Lawyer and has become known for its commitment to living and diverse composers.
