Suspect arrested in fatal shooting of Folsom CVS manager

The Sacramento County Coroner’s Office identified the victim as 41-year-old Vitaliy Zaytsev. He was the manager of a CVS in Folsom on Madison Avenue, according to a CVS spokesman.

He was killed May 3 in the 4900 block of Hillridge Way.

Detective Neay Chhlang of the sheriff’s office said investigators were able to collect cell phone records, videos and footage from the Department of Transportation that helped them in the investigation.

Authorities identified two of the suspects as Michael Espinosa and Miguel Esquibel, both of whom were arrested in Idaho. A third suspect was arrested in San Jose.

Chhlang said the shooting was an isolated incident.
