Concord and Manchester women arrested for drug possession: Cop Log

CONCORD, NH – Samantha M. Simmons, born 1984, of Manchester was arrested on April 30, 2024 at 12:45 p.m. for Transportation of Drugs in a Motor Vehicle and Possession of a Controlled Drug. Also arrested was Amanda L. Murphy, 34, of Concord for possession of a controlled substance. They were arrested following an incident or investigation on Pleasant Street. According to court records, Murphy pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge in February following an incident in Manchester with U-Haul in December 2022. She received a 90-day suspended sentence and a $2,285.51 fine.

Jill E. Severance, born 1983, of Concord, was served a summons at 10 a.m. April 30 on a charge of theft less than $1,000 following an incident or investigation at the Hannaford Supermarket on Fort Eddy Road.

Alexander G. Scott, born 1970, of Canterbury, was charged at 12:50 p.m. on April 17, 2024 with tampering with physical evidence and an unofficial inspection and registration plate violation following an incident or investigation at 192 N. State St .arrested.

Vinod Reddy Sangani, class of 2000, of Concord, was arrested at 11:08 a.m. April 16 for driving without a valid license, failure to display license plates and failure to inspect vehicle violations following an incident or investigation at 111 Fisherville Road. On April 11, he also received a citation for a license fee.

Frank Joseph Merrill, 61, of Concord, was arrested at 3:20 a.m. April 15 on a warrant and a charge of operating without a valid license following an incident or investigation at 179 Loudon Road.

Sampor H. Burke, 30, of Lawrence, Massachusetts, was arrested at 2:32 p.m. April 12 on charges of stalking and bail jumping following an incident or investigation at the Comfort Inn at 71 Hall St.

Benjamin B. Berry, 29, was arrested at 11:35 p.m. April 8 for driving after a revocation or suspension and failure to comply with an officer’s command on Village Street in Penacook.

Abraham Allan Sanborn, 43, of Concord was arrested at 10:54 p.m. on April 7 on a warrant following an incident or investigation at Cumberland Farms, 47 Fisherville Road.

Sokhan A. Ngin Jr., born 1999, of Lowell, Massachusetts, received a summons on March 11 at 6:21 p.m. on a charge of driving while revoked or suspended following an incident or investigation on Loudon Road.

Ryan Quiroga, 31, of Manchester was arrested at 5:42 p.m. March 7 on charges of theft by deception of more than $1,501, theft by deception of more than $1,501 and tampering with physical evidence, all felonies. He was arrested following an incident at the Sugar River Bank at 198 Loudon Road. Bricklayer Thomas Krochmal of Hooksett, born in 2005, was arrested for trespassing on April 5 at 5:10 p.m. He was arrested after police headquarters.

Mark J. Symanski, born 1982, of Concord, received a felony trespassing summons following an incident or investigation at the Concord Public Library at 45 Green St. on April 3 at 5:18 p.m.

Joshua R. Burney, 45, of Penacook, was issued a citation at 9:58 a.m. March 26 for criminal misdemeanor bail jumping following an incident or investigation on Village Street.
