Deadly shooting in southeast Atlanta, police say

ATLANTA — A man was shot and killed in southeast Atlanta Tuesday night, police said.

According to the Atlanta Police Department, officers responded to the area of ​​Meador Avenue SE and Schell Road SE in reference to a person shot.

When officers arrived, they found a man suffering from gunshot wounds. Police said he was pronounced dead at the scene. The man’s age is currently unknown.
