Man shot dead in Baltimore on Tuesday, police said

A 20-year-old man was shot and killed in the 2400 block of Frederick Avenue on Tuesday night, according to Baltimore City police. At around 5:41 p.m., officers received a call about a shooting at the Westside Shopping Center. Police found the man with multiple life-threatening gunshot wounds. He was taken to a local hospital, where he was later pronounced dead. Alleged witnesses told 11 News they saw two people get out of a dark sedan and shoot the victim before driving away.
