TBI issues child at risk alert for 7-year-old from Kingsport | WJHL

KINGSPORT, Tenn. (WJHL) – A child at risk alert has been issued for a Kingsport boy.

According to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, seven-year-old Nova Rice was last seen on Monday wearing a blue tie-dye shirt with a smiley face and blue denim shorts.

The TBI believes Nova Rice is with his father, Timothy Rice, and the two may be traveling in a black 2007 Chevrolet Silverado with Tennessee license plate BJX 9263.

Anyone who sees her is asked to call the TBI at 1-800-TBI-FIND or Kingsport police at 423-245-3822.
