Buffalo Police Chief Provides Update on June Incidents – Sheridan Media

Buffalo Police Chief Sean Bissett, in his June report to the City Council, said one arrest led to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms obtaining implied.

Bissett also reported that there were just under 3,000 calls to the dispatch center, 734 of which were handled by officers, resulting in seven arrests, including three for drunk driving.

He also said the department has received calls regarding the partial fire ban and the public should not hesitate to call emergency services if they have questions about the specifics of the partial fire restrictions.
