OILDALE, CA (July 15, 2024) – One person was injured in a pedestrian accident at the corner of Chester Avenue and Universe Avenue.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the pedestrian accident occurred around 9:35 p.m. Friday. Kern County Sheriff’s officers rushed to North Chester Avenue and University Avenue and found a person struck by a car. When they arrived, officers treated the victim, who suffered unknown injuries.
