Police investigate fatal shooting near Orlando park

ORLANDO, Florida – Orlando police are investigating a fatal shooting overnight.

Officers said they responded to reports of a shooting near Lake Lawne Park around 11:40 p.m. Sunday.

According to police, one person died in the shooting.

Officials did not provide any further information about the victim or the circumstances of the shooting.

A red car towed from the scene appeared to have a bullet hole in the driver’s window.
