NRL 2024, injuries, suspensions, return dates, casualty station and key information for the 2024 NRL Telstra Premiership season

South Sydney have confirmed a triple injury claim following their defeat to Penrith on Thursday Dean Hawkins And Jye Gray Joining the skipper Cameron Murray for an extended stay on the sidelines.

Halfback Hawkins will be out for the next 12 weeks after injuring his quadriceps on a kickoff in Round 9.

The Rabbitohs also confirmed on Monday that rookie full-back Gray has suffered a syndesmosis injury and will be out for the next 8 to 10 weeks following surgery.

Murray, meanwhile, has been ruled out of the NSW team for the opening State of Origin game at Accor Stadium on June 5 due to a hip flexor injury. He faces a break of 6-8 weeks.

Better news for the club is the star full-back Latrell Mitchell returns from suspension to face the Dragons.

Now a star halfback Yearome Hughes has been ruled out for the Storm’s top-flight clash with Cronulla and is expected to be out for up to three weeks after suffering a calf injury as a winger on Saturday Xavier Coates remains sidelined due to a thigh injury.

Melbourne will also get by without it Ryan Papenhuyzen, who suffered a small fractured fibula in the same ankle he injured in the Finals series last year. Boy Sualauvi Fa’alogo was named as the replacement full-back despite being forced off the field against the Titans due to a knee complaint.

Storm football director Frank Ponissi confirmed on Sunday that Papenhuyzen will most likely require surgery and be sidelined for four to six weeks.

Meanwhile, the Sharks will be without one Toby Rudolph for next month after the 28-year-old striker suffered a knee injury in Round 9.

Broncos captain Adam Reynolds will undergo surgery and be out 12-14 weeks after suffering a torn biceps in Round 9.

It was part of a costly evening for the Broncos, who lost their winger Jesse Arthars to a broken jaw. He is expected to be out for six weeks.

The Sea Eagles were dealt a double blow with Hooker ahead of their Round 10 clash against the Dolphins Lachlan Croker (Concussion Protocol) and forward Nathan Brown (Hip flexors) incapacitated.

The Dolphins welcome back star center Herbie Farnworth after four games due to a shoulder injury, as an experienced striker Kenny Bromwich (Concussion) also returns.

Warrior forward Kurt Capewell (Calf), Titans halfback Tanah Boyd (wrist) and Dolphins center Tesi Niu (Ankle) were also all ruled out of their respective matches after sustaining injuries in Round 9.

Now a Parramatta full-back Clint Gutherson has undergone minor knee surgery and will be unavailable for up to five weeks.
