LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – An Omaha man will spend over a decade in federal prison in 2021 for sexually exploiting a child, the U.S. Attorney’s Office says.

Ollie Holman, 58, was sentenced to 15 years in prison on Friday for sexual exploitation of a child. He was also ordered to pay $3,100 in special assessments.

Between July 11, 2021 and August 27, 2021, Holman sent messages to a 15-year-old girl on Facebook.

The law firm said Holman offered a 15-year-old girl cash in exchange for sexually explicit images.

According to authorities, Holman met the minor several times in Omaha and paid her for the images and videos.

After his release from prison, Holman will serve a ten-year supervised release sentence. There is no parole in the federal system.
