Arkansas man arrested for shooting his father

FAULKNER COUNTY, Arkansas – A man who shot and killed his father was arrested Friday just outside Conway, the Faulkner County Sheriff’s Office announced.

According to authorities, Jack Ruple Jr. was arrested and charged with felony murder and second-degree domestic violence after shooting Jack Ruple Sr. near Saddler Road shortly after 3 p.m.

Faulkner County Sheriffs said Jack Ruple Jr. was booked into the Faulkner County Detention Center.
