Two injured after shooting outside vigil at high school in Prince George’s County

Two people were injured after a shooting outside a high school in Upper Marlboro on Friday evening, according to Prince George’s County police.

Officials said the shooting occurred outside Wise High School, just hours before the school held a vigil for three athletes who were killed in an accident.

According to officials, a woman and a man were injured in the shooting. Both were taken to a hospital. Officials said the man was in critical condition.

According to officials, a weapon was found outside.

The vigil was held for Kyhree Jackson, Anthony Lytton, Jr. and Isaiah Hazel, who all played football together in high school.
