Verdict in Albany case postponed

A man found guilty of rape must wait a little longer to learn his fate.

The Albany County District Attorney’s Office has not announced a new sentencing date for Carl Barton.
Barton was found guilty of sexual assault and sexual abuse for raping a person who was incapable of giving consent due to a mental disability.
