Berkshire County man charged with child sexual abuse

A Berkshire County man is accused of child sexual abuse.

Omar Soto-Rincon has been charged with indecent assault on a person under 14, according to the Berkshire County District Attorney’s Office.

Soto-Rincon was arrested in Florida and returned to Massachusetts by the United States Marshals Service.

Bail was set at $5,000 cash.

Soto-Rincon is due back in court for a pretrial hearing on January 6, 2025.
