Man arrested for child sex abuse in Berkshire County, Florida: prosecutor

Omar Soto-Rincon was arraigned in Pittsfield earlier this week on charges of indecent assault on a person under 14, the Berkshire County District Attorney’s Office said.

To protect the victim’s identity, prosecutors could not release any information about the alleged attack.

Officials said Soto-Rincon was being held on $5,000 bail.

He was arrested in Broward County, Florida.
