Father of two girls arrested for sexually abusing eldest daughter under POCSO Act

A father of two girls has been booked under the POCSO Act for sexually abusing his 15-year-old elder daughter.

According to police, the 44-year-old was an alcoholic. He was unemployed and staying at his house.

When the defendant’s wife came home on Wednesday, she saw her 15-year-old daughter crying. When she asked, she learned that she had been sexually abused by her father.

Subsequently, the mother filed a complaint with the Villur police, who filed charges against her husband under the POCSO Act.

The accused was arrested by the police.
