2 injured in two-vehicle accident on K Street in Arcata

ARCATA, CA (July 12, 2024) – Two people were injured in a two-car rollover accident at the corner of K Street and 6th Street.

The two-vehicle crash occurred on July 10 at approximately 5:44 p.m. Authorities are currently investigating what caused the two vehicles to collide, causing one to roll over. Emergency crews arrived shortly after the crash and found one occupant of the overturned car with serious injuries. They also found the other occupant of the upright vehicle with moderate injuries.

Traffic investigators have not yet released any information on the cause of the accident, but Arcata Police are continuing to investigate possible causes.
