Fatal crash in Hamilton claims one life – Trentonian

HAMILTON – A 55-year-old Voorhees man died in a two-vehicle crash on July 10.

The collision occurred at 6:00 a.m. at the intersection of Route 130 and Klockner Road. A Honda Accord traveling south on Route 130 struck a Ford Edge SUV traveling east on Klockner Road.

The driver of the Ford Edge was pronounced dead at Capital Health Regional Medical Center. His passenger, a 44-year-old woman from Hamilton, is in critical condition. The driver of the Honda Accord, a 51-year-old woman from Bordentown, suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

Initial investigations suggest that the driver of the Honda Accord may have run a red light.

Hamilton Police are investigating. Witnesses are asked to contact Hamilton Traffic Patrol at (609) 581-4000.
