According to the prosecutor, police investigation is underway in the Leominster State Forest

The Worcester County District Attorney’s Office confirmed an ongoing police investigation in the Leominster State Forest in Westminster on Thursday afternoon, but provided few details.

Massachusetts State Police assigned to the District Attorney’s Office have arrived at the scene, state police said. Other first responders are also on site.

The prosecutor’s office has not released any further information on the investigation but said it will provide updates at a later date.
