Northern China Restaurant Owners Open Dumpling Factory in West Midtown

The owners of the popular Northern China Eatery, a Buford Highway mainstay for all things dumpling, have opened a new restaurant called Dumpling Factory at Westside Paper in West Midtown (in the former Boxcar Betty’s space) on July the 5thExpect to find favorites from the Northern China Eatery menu at this new spinoff, with a robot delivering the food to your table.

Emerald City Bagels Opens New BeltLine Location

East Atlanta Village’s popular New York-style bagel shop, Emerald City Bagels, from mother-daughter duo Deanna and Jackie Halcrow, now has a second location on the BeltLine. It opened on July 8next to the Edgewood Avenue Bridge. Expect to find the same favorite bagels with all the right toppings, sesame seeds and even sea salt and olive oil and rosemary sea salt. Bagel sandwiches and coffee are also available.

Café Bartique Coffee Shop and Wine Bar Opens in Cascade Heights

Cascade Heights has a new cafe and wine bar, Café Bartique starting at July 9th, According to Rough Draft, expect to find plenty of coffee drinks (regular coffee is currently 10% off), tea, juice, lemonade, wine, and baked goods, like the Money Matcha cupcake, every day of the week. Also, expect live music on the first Friday of every month.

Elemental Spirits Co. opens sister store Side Track Wine Co. in Chamblee

The owners of wine stores Elemental Spirits Co. and The Zero Co. (Atlanta’s first alcohol-free wine store) have announced the opening of their new wine store Side Track Wine Co. for July 12Expect to find the same level of wine selection as Elemental. The team is known for offering organic and sustainable wines from producers around the world.
