Atlanta Fed Announces Promotion in FRFS Talent Management

Missi Holcomb, assistant vice president of employee experience at the Federal Reserve Financial Service (FRFS), has been promoted to vice president of talent management, partnerships and inter-district administration at FRFS. She took up her new role on April 16.

Holcomb will continue to lead efforts to promote a strong employee experience and culture within FRFS. She will also oversee collaborative partnerships with Inter-District Reserve Bank partners, various system support functions, FRFS talent and change management functions, and FedNow integration.

Holcomb joined the Atlanta Fed in 1999. She served in various analytical, management and project coordinator positions for the Sixth District Checking Products Office before joining the Retail Payments Office (RPO) in as project coordinator in 2008. Previously director of people and culture for RPO and FRFS, she was promoted to assistant vice president in November 2022. Holcomb is also a recipient of the Sixth District President’s Award. She earned a bachelor’s degree in English and business from Florida State University and a master’s degree in English from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

The Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta serves the Sixth Federal Reserve District, which includes Alabama, Florida, Georgia, and sections of Louisiana, Mississippi, and Tennessee. As part of the nation’s central banking system, the Atlanta Fed helps set national monetary policy, supervises many commercial banks, and provides a variety of financial services to depository institutions and the U.S. government.
