Buffalo police search for missing man with dementia

BUFFALO, N.Y. — Buffalo police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing vulnerable adult.

Roy Rogers, 79, was last seen on Porter Avenue in Buffalo around 5:30 p.m. Wednesday. Police say Rogers suffers from dementia.

He is reportedly wearing dark jeans, a gray hooded sweatshirt, a blue T-shirt and a blue baseball cap.
