According to the newspaper, the Maricopa County Coroner’s Office lists Gregory’s date of death on his death certificate as June 13.

Rebecca reportedly said that Gregory suffers from depression and bipolar disorder and has a sleep disorder that typically forces him to stay awake for days.

The outlet also claims that sources close to the actor believe he was at the Peoria, Arizona bank on June 12 to cash his remaining checks from his time on the famous NBC sitcom when he fell asleep in his car and died of heat stroke due to the region’s harsh summer weather.
