Police arrest Nebraska man for sexual assault in Palestine

PALESTINE, Texas – A Nebraska man accused of sexually abusing a child at an East Texas motel was arrested last week.

Tanner Bradshaw, 34, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested on July 3 at the Express Inn and Suites Motel in Palestine. Palestine PD received a report on June 28 that a child had been sexually abused by a man at the motel. Police said they obtained a search warrant for Bradshaw’s motel room and an arrest warrant for sexual abuse of a child.

Bradshaw was arrested and booked into the Anderson County Jail without incident. Police say a small amount of drugs and other evidence were found in the motel room. Additional charges are pending.
