Water main break may cause water main rupture, gas leak in southeast Atlanta

ATLANTA — The Atlanta Watershed said crews are investigating a possible water main break that occurred Wednesday night.

Crews are at 2995 Jonesboro Road SE working to repair a break caused by a water main breach.

Atlanta Watershed said it may be due to work by a private contractor.

They say a gas line may also have been affected.
