A 33-year-old Albany man has been charged in connection with a shooting that occurred on Tuesday, July 9, 2024, in the 300 block of Second Avenue.

On July 9, 2024, at approximately 5:15 p.m., officers responded to reports of a shooting incident at a residence in the 300 block of Second Avenue. Upon arrival, officers found a 19-year-old man with an injury to his foot and evidence of gunshots, police said.
