Drew McIntyre talks about WWE suspension after signing with Hollywood agency

WWE

Drew McIntyre has addressed his WWE “suspension” after signing with a Hollywood talent agency.

Paradigm Talent Agency has recently added the likes of Damian Priest, Tiffany Stratton and CM Punk to its client list, and despite being embroiled in a heated vendetta with the latter, Drew McIntyre has now joined its ranks.

As Variety reports, the three-time former world champion has signed a contract with Paradigm to be represented in all areas.

This comes ahead of McIntyre’s feature film debut, “The Killer’s Game,” starring WWE legend Dave Bautista, which is set to hit theaters September 13.

In response to the breaking news, McIntyre has now commented on this important step in his career, referring to his recent WWE suspension by Raw General Manager Adam Pearce.

McIntyre wrote:

“When a door closes…”

Since I am officially suspended from @WWEI look forward to exploring new opportunities

Following CM Punk’s challenge to Adam Pearce on Raw, McIntyre’s WWE suspension was actually lifted, although his comments on social media seemed to imply that he was still suspended.

McIntyre is scheduled to appear at WWE Raw next week in Dayton, Ohio, a show that CM Punk Pearce had promised not to appear at.
