Chula Vista street closed due to police-involved shooting, one person injured – NBC 7 San Diego

According to Chula Vista police, a street in Chula Vista is closed after one person was injured in a police-involved shooting.

The shooting occurred around 1:30 a.m. in the 700 block of H Street and Marina Parkway, north of Sandpiper Way. That street is currently closed due to the investigation.

No officers were injured and one person was taken to the hospital.

It is unclear what led to the shooting.
