Stacey Solomon shows scar after accident on Instagram

Stacey Solomon gave her Instagram fans a glimpse of her injury last night as she showed off a new white bikini.

TV favourite Stacey, 34, took to social media yesterday (July 9) to promote her summer fashion range.

And while performing her favorite piece, the Sort Your Life Out presenter revealed more details about the accident that caused the scar on her stomach.

Mother-of-five Stacey recounted a mishap that occurred earlier this year while she was promoting a two-piece orange-print swimsuit.

She explained that the bikini was her “favorite” of all the garments on display and a design that she had “worked so hard on.”

“I think she’s so pretty and I love it,” Stacey told her fans.

“I really hope everyone likes it as much as I do.”

But as Stacey approached the mirror she used to take her selfie, she seemed lost in thought.

This is because she clearly noticed the blemish – the result of a severe burn – on her midsection.

Stacey highlighted the red line by saying, “Oh, look at my scar!”

Back in April, Stacey explained that she had injured herself while baking bread at her home, Pickle Cottage.

Stace recalled that the tray on which the bread was baked touched her stomach because she took it out of the oven too quickly.

Stacey, who was wearing gym clothes at the time, compared her discomfort to a stab wound. She also asked her followers for tips on how to ease her pain.

“It’s also right on the damn crease of my stomach. Every time I bend over I think, ‘Oooh,'” she said.

“It won’t happen so quickly”

And in her latest upload, Stacey recalled the accident.

“This is the point I remember pulling out the baking tray,” she captioned her bikini video.

Stacey continued, “This isn’t going away anytime soon.” She also joked that she flexed her abs, making it “look like I had a six-pack.”

She concluded: “You have to make the best of every situation. But I digress. This is the bikini of my dreams.”
