A man was shot in Powder Springs, police said

POWDER SPRINGS, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – A 19-year-old man was shot and killed Wednesday night in Powder Springs, according to police.

Police said officers arrived in the Lost Lakes neighborhood around 7:30 p.m. and found 19-year-old Fabrice Robelin with a gunshot wound to the head and neck. Robelin was pronounced dead at the scene.

Around the same time, police received a 911 call saying a man ran to a house and said he had shot someone. Coledye Warnock, 18, was arrested at the house and is the main suspect in Robelin’s death.

Police believe Warnock shot Robelin during an argument.

Warnock was charged with involuntary manslaughter, aggravated assault, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, tampering with evidence, possession of a tampered firearm and affray. He is being held without bail, according to jail records.

Police said they expect there will be more arrests.
