Florida woman arrested for lewd and lascivious assault on 15-year-old

DUNEDIN, Florida – Detectives with the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO) have arrested a woman for lewd and lascivious battery on a teenager.

According to PCSO, detectives launched an investigation after learning of inappropriate behavior between 28-year-old Brianna Morris and a 15-year-old male victim.

Investigators said text messages, nude photos and videos showing Morris and the 15-year-old engaging in sexual acts were found on his cellphone.

Investigators later conducted several interviews and found that the crime occurred between March and May 2024 at Morris’s residence in Dunedin.

On July 9, detectives interviewed Morris, who admitted knowing the victim but declined to comment further on the investigation.

Morris was subsequently taken into custody and transported to the Pinellas County Jail.
