Roseburg Police Jail Woman Over Alleged Garbage Incident – ​​KQEN News Radio

Roseburg police arrested a woman Monday morning for an alleged incident involving her littering.

A report from the RPD stated that officers contacted 40-year-old Asheigh Green in the 200 block of Southeast Pine Street at 7:45 a.m. Green’s encampment was reportedly surrounded by trash and approximately 300 pounds of river rocks. The encampment also violated the “location and conduct” section of the city ordinance.

Green was charged with third-degree criminal damage and dumping garbage near water. She was charged with illegal camping. Bail was set at $2,500.
