Buffalo Man Arrested for Alleged Sexual Abuse of Minor

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Buffalo man was arrested Saturday in connection with an alleged sexual assault that occurred earlier in the day, the Buffalo Police Department said.

Police say Hassan Khokar, 23, allegedly had sex with a 13-year-old girl after smoking marijuana with her. Central District officers responded to the call around 4 p.m. at the Mariner Towers, police said.

Khokar was charged with one count each of second-degree criminal sexual act, second-degree sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.
